A Brief Recap
When you have a high level of resilience or a fully charged inner battery, you have greater capacity to stay in charge of yourself. More resilience means you have greater ability to remain calm, think clearly and be in control of your emotions so you don’t overreact. In other words, you can more easily “roll with the punches” and flow through challenges that come your way, rather than getting stressed out, which further drains your energy reserves.

LEARN and SHARE
Add Heart Facilitator™
Learn and share science-based practices for navigating change from a place of empowerment and self-security. The Add Heart Facilitator program is a self-paced course where you’ll learn how to access more of your own inner balance and heart’s guidance. You’ll also learn and be approved to share with others.
Includes the Inner Balance Trainer and access to six 20 to 30-minute audio modules presented by HeartMath Leaders. This program is just as much about creating a connection with yourself as it is with others.
TEACH
Certified Coach/Mentor
This program helps any individual gain the expertise to mentor and coach others in building and sustaining their resilience capacity.
You will mentor individuals in learning HeartMath’s resilience and energy regulation skills and coach them on how to apply the tools in their day-to-day lives. This process increases their self-awareness and ability to more intelligently self-regulate their energy, which directly affect performance and personal fulfillment. Ultimately, this process helps people unfold “who they truly are.”
TRAIN
Certified Trainer
As a HeartMath Certified Trainer, you’ll be licensed to deliver The Resilience Advantage™ workshop in its entirety or selected modules to groups, organizations and companies. At the core of the program are evidence-based tools designed to help people bring their physical, mental and emotional systems into balanced alignment – essential for personal and professional effectiveness.
Special modules are available for trainers working with first responders.
