The amount of time you’ll need to dedicate to successfully complete the 8-week Building Personal Resilience Mentor Certification may vary depending on several factors, including your current level of experience and your learning style and pace. However, as a general guideline, you should plan to devote several hours each week to attend classes, watch relevant videos, participate in practice mentoring with a class member, and conduct 8 practice mentoring sessions with two individuals of your choice. It’s important to note that the program is designed to equip you with tools and techniques that promote personal resilience. Therefore, the more proficient you become at integrating these tools into your own life, the better equipped you’ll be to facilitate others in this heart-based process.

As a HeartMath Certified Mentor, you will be able to provide all or any part of the Building Personal Resilience to those you mentor, based on their particular needs. Certification allows you to work one on one with individuals or small groups, (under 6 people) anywhere in the world.
