Initiatives
In response to the increase in stress and anxiety among youth, HeartMath launched a mental health initiative last year, impacting over 500+ students at 22 sites. The accompanying interactive map opens up to many informative reports and inspiring stories. In 2024, we will be expanding this initiative to 50 more schools. There is a grant application provided for those who wish to participate.

We are inviting teens and young adults to take a brief survey to share their thoughts and feedback.
