The Sunset Restaurant
Chaminade’s Sunset Restaurant Chef creates a fresh, vibrant dining experience that celebrates the flavors of the season. Working closely with local farms, the menu highlights the finest ingredients, ensuring each dish showcases the best of what the region has to offer. Whether you choose the cozy indoor seating or the scenic terrace, every meal is accompanied by stunning panoramic views.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, and although the menu changes daily you will almost always find scrambled eggs, assorted breakfast meats, french toast or pancakes, hot or cold cereal, toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Lunch and evening buffets offer a diverse selection of salads, fruits, various breads and vegetables, and two hot dishes are provided daily trading off between seafood, chicken, and beef dishes, and desserts.
*There is a limited assortment of gluten-free and vegan dishes.
