Question What is the nearest airport to the Sian Ka’an Hotel?
Answer Cancun International Airport. It is located 1 hour and 15 minutes north of the hotel.
The event will begin on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7:30 p.m. and end on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 12:00 p.m. You will need to schedule your airport arrival time 3 or more hours prior to the beginning of event about 4:00 p.m. and schedule your airport departure time 3 hours or more after the end of the event about 3:00 p.m.

Question How much does this event cost?
Answer The cost of the Lifting Global Consciousness: Raising Our Vibration and Expanding Our Capacity to Love includes the cost of the program and transportation to and from the airport. Flights and Hotels charges are not included.
- Early-Early Bird: March 15-June 15, 2019. Cost: $995 – Save $500.
- Early Bird: June 16-July 31, 2019. Cost: $1,195 – Save $300.
- Early Registration: August 1-Sept. 30, 2019. Cost: $1,295 – Save $200.
- Final Registration: October 1-30, 2019. Cost: $1,495.
Space will be limited for this event, so early registration is encouraged.

Answer The 5-star Grand Bahia Sian Ka’an hotel. This luxury hotel provides a peaceful, idyllic and rewarding location and experience where you can spend time fulfilling and inspiring your deepest self. You’ll also enjoy free, fine dining and drinks at your choice of 12 restaurants in the area. You will need to make restaurant reservations for all dining, except buffets.

Most attendees check in on the 6th and check out on the 10th. Event begins at 7:30 p.m. on the Wednesday, Nov. 6th and ends at 12:00 noon on Sunday, Nov. 10th. Question What is the schedule for The HeartMath Certified Professional Day? What will be discussed?
Answer The HeartMath Certified Professional Day sessions will follow the regular program on Monday.
Here is the date and time:
- November 11th, Monday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you plan to attend, you’ll need to book an extra night or two’s hotel stay. The HeartMath Certified Professional Day is a gift, so there is no charge for the training to those who are certified. Topics covered will include, sharing best practices, new content modules, new research and lots of time for Q and A.

Question What are the sizes of beds in the rooms?
Answer There are two options for beds: All rooms are junior suites and have one king size or two single beds.

Question Is transportation available to and from Cancun International Airport?
Answer Yes. Transportation is included in the event package price. Guests will be taken by shuttle to and from the hotel. Free tram services are available on the Grand Bahia premises to hotel guests.

Question Is Tulum a safe area in Mexico?
Answer Tulum is completely safe for tourists! It’s located in the tourist corridor of the Riviera Maya, and can be comparable to vacation in any American or European popular destination. Mexico is huge and Tulum is one of its safest places.

Question Must attendees have passports?
Answer Yes. All attendees much have with them a current, valid passport when visiting Mexico.

Question Is it necessary to get any inoculations before going to Mexico?
Answer No specific inoculations are recommended, but some people may choose to get tetanus, hepatitis A and typhoid shots before going.

Question Can U.S. currency be used in Mexico, or should dollars be converted to pesos?
Answer The dollar is accepted throughout Mexico.

Question Can I drink tap water in Mexico?
Answer It is advised that attendees drink only bottled water while in Mexico.

Question Can tap water be used when brushing teeth?
Answer Some people use tap water when they brush their teeth, but it is recommended that bottled water be used.

Question What tours are available during the stay for this event?
Answer A number of tours are available, including to a sacred Mayan sites, the jungle and other places of interest. There are about 10 tours to choose from. The costs vary.
Tours include:
- Half-day visit to the ruins and beach at Tulum.
- Half-day visit to the Tulum ruins and cenotes (wells).
- Visit to the Xel Ha ruins and cenotes (wells). Individuals can lead an activity such as a coherence session, meditation, etc.
- Extended half-day tour of the Coba ruins and cenotes (wells).
- Tour costs average about $75 to $150, including transportation and admissions.

Answer There is a nice reef nearby.

Question What is the cancellation policy?
Answer A full refund will be granted for cancellations made at least 61 days before the event. The following refunds apply during the 60 days prior to the event:
- 60+ days before the event: 100% refund.
- 59 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- 29 to 15 days before the event: 20% refund.
- Less than 0-14 days before the event: No refund.
